Sunspectra seeks to foster a positive impact in both the social and environmental scopes through a scalable solution that addresses skin health. Our first line of products consist of unique sunscreens utilizing agricultural waste (papayas) as a base, this way we help provide extra income to small local farmers and foster the reduction of food waste from national papaya production, as well as, harmful emissions associated with it. By utilizing mineral filters and natural ingredients we ensure all sunscreens are safe and effective for our health and the vitality of marine ecosystems by preventing further chemical pollution that accelerates the bleaching and death of coral reefs.
