Established in 2001,Sunway Plastic Mold Group Ltd got 3 facilities in Shenzhen China, specializing in precision, medium & large size molds for Automotive such as door panel, center console components, water tank,lamping components and interior parts; Home appliance such as air conditioner, washer, refrigerator, vacuum cleaners; Office appliance such as printers, copy machines and cashier machines; Medical products; double shots products and so on.
With excellent quality, punctual delivery and competitive cost, Sunway has been recognized as one of the top level, reliable and cost competitive mold manufacturers in Shenzhen China.
With our advantage in engineering supporting, we are not only make molds but also make successful projects for our customers. We extend our engineering supporting to our customer in product design to reduce the total project cost and optimize the product design to get a reliable and high efficiency mold. We already have about 100 tool makers, and 30 engineers specializing in designing utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE with a capacity of about 35 sets of molds a month.
Equipped with the most advanced software such as Pro/E, UG, CATIA, and Moldflow for design, analysis and manufacturing, highly precision tooling machines from Japan Europe, and Taiwan, including large CNC, twin heads EDM, wire cutting, and CMM inspection machines.
We export molds 300 sets annually which range from precision, medium to large size. And our largest tonnage press for tryouts ranges up to 1300ton.
We appreciate clients as the center, constant enhancements and innovation as priority, use ERP managing system in the whole processes of tooling projects, enabling the controlling detailed into each single tool part. And the Company implements strictly ISO 9001 and TS16949 with the international standards.
