SUPA is a collective of the UK's most experienced mental health specialists. Together we help companies to host Mental Health Awareness Weeks in their workplace. During a mental health awareness week, our specialists hold workshops before work, lunchtime and after work sessions. Our initiative means that employers and employees get a 360 degree view of mental health, including how to identify problems, and how best to manage it.
