During a mental health awareness week, our specialists hold workshops before work, lunchtime and after work sessions. Our initiative means that employers and employees get a 360 degree view of mental health, including how to identify problems, and how best to manage it.
Mental health issues affect 33% of employees in all UK businesses (PWC, 2016). Our economy is suffering as a result of this, and more importantly people are suffering. There is something that can be done to help them.
