The Supercycle concept is training carried out on stationary bikes. It's a 45-minute full-body workout designed to create a satisfying, blissful experience. The moves are pre-choreographed to inspire riders to learn the sequences and increase motivation to keep going. High-intensity interval training exercises combine the use of bands and dumbbells that tone muscles and increase strength, giving that feeling of power due to the effort applied and the results achieved. A new ride is released every 4 weeks, giving the right time to learn and increase motivation to keep going.It´s more than cardio & functional training, it is a way to challenge ourselves by aiming for new movements and goals with each ride you take, improving endurance and balancing energy levels. The storyline of each ride is designed to add new challenges, making each experience more interesting and exciting. Lights are used to create the perfect atmosphere for each track, creating a vibration matching the movements of the electronic music, meticulously chosen for each choreography and moment in the ride. It is a full-body workout promoting mental and emotional benefits, having a profound impact on our well-being during the exercise and after.
