We are a rapidly growing company that started off doing small residential jobs digging basements. Over the last 7 years we have expanded quiet immensely. We now only do very large commercial construction jobs. We take pride in the fact that Superior Companies has grown into quiet a versatile company offering several valuable skilled trades to General Contractors on many different projects. Here at Superior our main division is excavating; it does all the dirt-work for new commercial sites including building pads, demo work and final grades. Then we have our underground utilities division which performs the installation of storm water, water line and sanitary sewer lines. Then there is our concrete division in which large parking lots, sidewalks and slabs. Our most recent division we have added is Superior Electrical. The electrical division installs new electrical conduit and wiring into new commercial job sites. We all work together as one company! We schedule our work so that we can get our jobs done smoothly and in a timely matter. We have a great team, and we are all like family and that is what makes Superior Companies thrive. We are a travel company working generally in the central Midwest. We go where the work is and because of that Superior Excavating has never had to lay off a single employee since we began in 2014. We offer competitive pay, per diem when staying out of town, health insurance, 401k and vacation after the probationary waiting period. We are always looking for skilled candidates to join our company and become part of the amazing future Superior holds.
