Superior Stays was founded in 2018 with the ethos of making each and every stay with us superior to our competitors. The company was created by myself, James, and my partner, Lynsey, bringing together our shared passion for high-end serviced accommodation and unforgettable customer experience. Superior Stays is based in Bath, Somerset which, in our opinion, is one of the crown jewels of Great Britain. We are a small independent company which allows us to focus on providing the best stay possible for each and every guest. We are both good communicators who really enjoy interacting with guests and helping people however we can. Our core values are centred around the finest possible customer experience from check-in to check-out. We only use high quality furnishings and we always cater to our guests requirements. In our opinion the most important thing about this industry is making every guests stay memorable and to exceed expectations wherever possible.
