Our global team of engineers share a passion for maintaining the serviceability of these early platforms so that users can achieve peak applications performance and maximize their investment in the instrument over a longer period of time. We are a reliable and proven 3rd-party service provider for FEI and Philips SEM, FIB and Dual Beam equipment. In addition to onsite services we also operate a world class facility in Portland, Oregon for surplus inventory and testing, as well as engineering 3rd-party replacement parts and consumables.
