Superminds’ evidence-based programmes include a variety of activities designed to foster mental wellbeing and personal growth. Superminds is a safe and supportive space where young minds can express themselves freely, learn coping strategies, and gain valuable insights into their emotional wellbeing and achieve their full Supermind potential. By integrating neuroscience, positive psychology, social emotional learning and CBT tools into our curriculum, we encourage a growth mindset and help young minds embrace challenges as opportunities for learning and personal development. Using practices such as meditation, mindfulness, self-reflection, breathing exercises, and yoga, we allow young minds to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, problem solving skills and develop a greater sense of self-awareness, thrive in school and throughout their lives. We are committed to making a real data driven impact in the lives of the children and adolescents we serve. As such, we embrace standardised measures to track and demonstrate the progress made by each Supermind. These measurements provide tangible evidence of increased well-being growth mindset, emotional-regulation, social- connectedness and enhanced confidence, enabling us to continuously refine our approach and improve our programme's effectiveness
