We are supermod. We are based on Vancouver Island. Our specialty is modular construction and we love to collaborate with architects and designers. Our projects are completed at our MODS™ design and construction hub in Campbell River BC. Supermod offers a full spectrum of pre designed and custom homes built to the CSA A277 standard Supermod utilizes Struct steel's innovative steel construction system that is dedicated to using the latest CAD software for the design of your project. We utilize CNC computer-aided equipment for the manufacturing and fabrication of cold formed steel framing. We produce cost effective solutions suited for Residential, Multifamily, and Commercial Projects. The end result is a steel framing system that provides superior precision from production through installation, reducing construction duration and total project costs.
