Exclusive brand representation contracts: In this aspect, only the products agreed in the contract are exclusively distributed by us at national level and we do not supply other products of the same category belonging to other brands. 2. Distribution Memorandum: Agreements within manufacturer and us to buy and sell certain products at a certain negotiated FOB/CIF, for further marketing, sale, and distribution locally at market price as per our survey findings.
