We designed holomeal as the ready-to-eat food item you can much on (solid food!: bite, chew, savor, swallow, repeat) every day, assuring you are getting all the nutrients and other dietary constituents that your body needs to thrive: Proteins (essential aminoacids), Essential Fatty Acids, Fiber, Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants and Energy. Not only we offer complete (effective), automated nutrition, but resource-efficiency: that is to say we estimate that to supply 2,000 kcal and all the nutrients one person needs would require 10 m2, may be even less, as we are considering conservative yield figures.
