Supply Chain Evaluators is a specialized resource which provides expertise resolving Supply Chain issues. We aim to work with Small & Medium size companies to address Inventory Issues (Overstocks & Stockouts), Contracts & Purchasing, Demand Planning, and Incoming and Outgoing Logistics & Transportation. Large companies devote a large amount of resources to address these issues; our goal is to be a scalable and affordable solution to companies encountering these problems. Our services include: Initial Assessment: Includes site visit and 6 consulting hours with Finance, Materials Manager, and Procurement personnel. This activity will result in an analysis of issues found and an action plan for client to implement. Supply Chain Training: An online assessment will be made of personnel. An offer will be made for online training or onsite training by highly qualified personnel. We can provide training for following credentials: Certified Professional in Supply Management, Institute of Supply Management Credential Certifies Supply Chain Professional, Apics, Associations for Operations Management Ongoing Consulting: If as a result of our initial findings your company does not have the internal resources to carry out the action plan, or needs additional support. We have the experienced personnel to work with you to a successful completion of engagement. WE ARE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONAL PERSONNEL. We are not accountants, finance experts, or marketing.
