From the ports to your porch, the supply chain is the nation’s economic driver and lifeline, ensuring that essential goods are produced and delivered effectively to their destinations. In recent years, the public has become more aware of the supply chain's importance. However, policymakers have not fully grasped its complexity and fragility. Numerous legislative and regulatory actions have posed challenges to our industries, often without considering the significant impacts on consumers and the economy. This has occurred partly because the supply chain has lacked a unified voice. The Supply Chain Council is a new, outcome-driven association that aims to bring together the entire supply chain. By uniting each segment, we can leverage our collective strength to protect the industries that drive the nation’s economy.
