Supplytrain is a social enterprise whose mission is to make it as easy as possible for employers to navigate the UK education system and recruit and develop aspiring talent. We know the UK skills and employment systems are complex, so all of our solutions are designed to support employers recruit for attitude and train for skill – easily and affordable – where standard support doesn't worked. Solutions include: Apprenticeship agency (FJAA) Apprenticeships are confusing or restrictive for many businesses. We are a government approved flexi-job apprenticeship agency, which means we can employ apprentices on your behalf. Outsourcing to us reduces the risk, setup time, paperwork and rigidity of apprenticeships. Early careers recruitment Unlike senior recruitment, where it can take months to find the perfect candidate, early careers recruitment is about getting your vacancies in front of ambitious young people and acting fast before the best candidates are snapped up by your competitors. We provide the support, structure and expertise to help you to recruit the best future talent fast and affordably. Partnership projects We work with training providers, employer bodies and through public sector contracts to make it as easy as possible for employers to offer work-based learning opportunities to young people. Our project work includes training, content production, brokerage, employer support services and much more. We also use our social media channels to champion work-based learning and highlight stories of great practice and where more work still needs to be done to better connect education and employment.
