Support into Employment

Support into Employment Team is a supported employment service for all young people aged 16 - 25 years old who are committed and motivated to join the world of work. We aim to support young people in finding and keeping full and part time paid employment. An Employment Adviser will use a combination of vocational profiling, action planning, job searching, and in-work support to help the young person to identify their skills, look at jobs in the local area, and help find the most available match to a job. We also provide support for employers, including job coaching, assisting with recruitment and selection processes, and provide on-going support up until the point it is are no longer needed.
