We are a microelectronics research center funded through the Joint University Microelectronics Program (JUMP 2.0) of the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) and its partners. The center is led by Cornell University and brings together 25+ leading researchers across 13 universities and their teams. 300+ scholars and industry liaisons at SUPREME explore both fundamental new science and novel engineering technologies, with the aim of driving the semiconductor industry in the next 3–15 years, while also training the next generation of scientists and engineers to work across disciplines.
