We have a Degree qualified Interior Designer on board along with Project managers who are fully conversant with all design software. We provide a full turn-key solution to all projects, from the initial meetings where the ideas are transformed into reality with our Interior designer to signing off designs, production of construction drawings and finally onto the Installation and running of the projects. All our Project Managers and Site foreman/supervisors are either SMSTS or SSSTS qualified. They all have the relevant first aid training, asbestos awareness and where required, CSCS qualified. General Services offered: • Main Contractor (Fully qualified, Insured and Certified) • Control of Health & Safety including CDM. • Drawings produced and submitted to councils for either Building Control, Fire Officer or Planning Applications • Cost Control • Project Management • Sub-Contract assessment and control • Dilapidations Turn-key Services offered: • Initial consultation to help us understand your requirements. • Production of designs on mood boards and 3D visuals (if so required) • Production of construction drawings • Building & Planning regulation applications • Liaison with preferred incumbents • Full Installation service including sub-contracted management and regular site meetings. • Handover and ‘As Built’ drawings and manuals.
