Sureside Consulting is a social enterprise established to make a positive contribution to the conservation and enjoyment of Australia's coasts.
We deliver services in the fields of maritime and coastal engineering. What we do differently to most, is that we provide these services with the express mission of enhancing and conserving our coastal and port environments.
We achieve this in a number of ways.
Firstly, rather than work for profit, we work to actively contribute to our coasts. We do this by supporting those volunteer organisations that work to conserve our coastal environments and provide services that support our communities' access to and enjoyment of our coasts.
Secondly, we foster the development of our professionals to become technical leaders in their field. To set standards in their work that enhance our coasts and ports. Not those that provide returns to shareholders.
Thirdly, we are currently developing a website and various social media platforms to share content with the public and professionals alike. Our content will be aimed at enhancing the public's understanding of coastal management practices. Other content will contribute to enhancing consistency in professional practice, in what is a niche capability.
Lastly, we offer a profound value for money proposition to our clients. We offer a market leading capability at rates that make this capability accessible to all. Our focus is to deliver for our clients. We achieve this by using tools that deliver precisely to the needs of our clients, this has the added benefit of giving our professionals the tools and capability they need to be effective. Further, we ardently avoid tools and costs that offer little or no benefit to our clients, our coasts or our employees. This means that we're adept, mobile and capability focussed.
