We predominately support the construction sector providing everything needed for any size development from Section bonds referred to as S104, S38 & S278 these cover road and sewer bonds through to Performance Bonds, Advanced Payment Bonds and even Retention Bonds. In addition our warranty team can supply Latent Defects Insurance referred to as LDI policies or Structural Warranties from Self-Build projects to new housing developments including building control to simplify the entire process. Our construction team specialise in Contract Specific C.A.R and 6.5.1 insurance which will insure the ongoing works in joint names. Depending on the contract requirements this could be under option A, B or C of the JCT contract and our team are able to advise on your specific needs. We can also support trades with Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG’s) for domestic work or Tier 1,2 or 3 subcontractors with warranties for larger commercial projects.
