Created by artist and surfer Abby Ahlgrim, Surf Gems transforms Surf Rocks—the vibrant byproduct of surfboard production—into handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry. What began as a creative experiment has evolved into a bold statement of sustainability, self-expression, and color. Each piece is made from reclaimed resin waste, reimagined into wearable art that sparks conversation and connection. From cold water surf breaks to colorful studio days, Surf Gems is rooted in a love for the ocean, a respect for the planet, and a belief that what we wear can reflect what we stand for.
