Surgance

Surgance is a worldwide, 501c3 nonprofit organization that brings together social entrepreneurs, volunteers, corporations, philanthropists, foundations, governments, and other groups for collaboration to improve lives and transform communities. UNCOMMON PARTNERS: The Surgance movement builds community by creating coalitions among people, groups and organizations which do not usually work together. COMMON GROUND ISSUES: Through Surgance, these uncommon partners address non divisive, common ground issues of social concern. CHANGING LIVES: Surgance provides these collaborations with the infrastructure, logistical organization, and support to effectively achieve desired outcomes. RESULT: Lives are changed and communities are transformed, making the world a better place. As Chief Learning Officer, I will continue to use my strengths in Executive Coaching and Business Consulting as I help new social entrepreneurs launch programs locally and globally to bring positive change to people and places around the world. My goal management technology at www.growthco.com will be used by Surgance staff, program directors, and the people ultimately served by the organization.
