The 3D Surgicon Congress

Our two former meetings were called ”Davos for Surgeons” due to our unique way of making world famous speakers gather to discuss surgical training, not only from the surgical horizon but also from the science of instructional design (teaching/learning). This time we are proud to announce our Honorary Guest Lecturers, Dr Julie Freischlag and Dr Denis Mukwege, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate 2018. For the first time we also discuss the possible role of experienced O.R. nurses in this context. The themes explored in the program are important for all surgical specialities, and we welcome surgeons, surgical residents, health care politicians and decision makers, O.R. nurses, students, delegates from the surgical industry, as well as participants who take an interest in the teaching and learning of manual skills (e.g. researchers from the social and behavioural sciences).
