Surrey Counselling & Mediation (formerly Relate Mid & East Surrey) is a local, independent charity offering affordable, high-quality counselling for individuals, couples, families, and young people. We’re here to help people navigate life’s challenges – from mental health and relationship issues to family conflict – in a safe, inclusive space.
Our services include counselling for adults and young people, couples counselling, family therapy, mediation, sex therapy, and workshops for young people, parents, and professionals. With a dedicated team of trained counsellors, we tailor our support to meet each person’s needs.
Thanks to generous funding from grants and donations – as well as support from our own bursary fund – we’re able to offer many of our services at a reduced cost or free of charge to those who couldn’t otherwise afford them. This helps ensure that high-quality counselling is accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of financial situation.
