SMEF is a race equality non-governmental organisation advocating the voice of Black and minoritised ethnic population of Surrey. VISION To develop unity amongst diverse communities with an active focus on improved well-being for all in Surrey. MISSION To engage and empower minoritised ethnic communities to work together to actively find solutions to the social and economic challenges they face. STRATEGIC INTENT SMEF will endeavour to highlight racial inequality and discrimination while working with system partners and the third sector in an open, confident and transparent manner. SMEF UNIQUE PROPOSITION SMEF is the only race equality advocacy organisation which engages, educates, empowers and brings together Black and minoritised communities of Surrey with the common objective of social, health and economic wellbeing.
