SURVUZ Foundation - governer of the USM Method

The SURVUZ Foundation supports and stimulates the improvement of service organizations. SURVUZ supports service management professionals who want to share their knowledge, based on the methods and instruments developed and managed by SURVUZ. SURVUZ accredits partners and certifies professionals who want to use the USM method. Accredited partners, certified professionals, and products that are successfully audited against USM requirements are published on the SURVUZ platform. SURVUZ offers opportunities for numerous specialists, in many roles, to support the market of service providers with better products.
