Suryacipta Foundation, through its educational unit SMK Suryacipta Karawang, is committed to supporting the Making Indonesia 4.0 program in building competent industrial human resources. SMK Suryacipta Karawang is a Vocational School Based on Character Development with a Boarding School System. This school focuses on developing students' character and technical skills to prepare them for work and become future leaders. Suryacipta Foundation is also active in various programs and activities, such as: 1. Providing training and scholarships to SMK students to improve their education and skills quality. 2. Developing vocational education programs that are link and match with the industry, so that SMK graduates have the competencies needed by the industry. 3. Establishing an industrial training center to improve the skills and competitiveness of industrial workers. 4. Organizing seminars and workshops on the industry to increase knowledge and insights about the industry for the community. Suryacipta Foundation also has a research unit Industrial Research and Development Center (IRDC) which focuses on research and development in the field of research and development for the sake of environmental sustainability and workforce training.
