SUSCON is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor based out of Lusaka, Zambia. We focus on delivering construction projects in developing countries such as Education and Healthcare social infrastructure. Our ability to deliver multiple buildings over large geographical regions in aggressive timeframes is our speciality.
SUSCON was founded in 2013 with the specific goal of tackling infrastructure backlogs in the developing world using world class and appropriate construction technology. We pioneered a complete engineered light steel frame building solution for Zambia in early 2013. The solution and components were refined to create an insulted building system that we now call the SPIRE build methodology.
We operate to an international level of health, safety and environmental standards. The SPIRE build methodology has a lower carbon footprint than conventional construction methodologies and is therefore more sustainable. SUSCON also provides conventional construction services where it is required and appropriate. We believe in the promotion of local business and industry wherever we work to maximise local employment opportunities.
