Sustainable Engineering Collective

The Sustainable Engineering Collective is a dynamic organisation of building industry professionals, founded by Christopher Eaton. Coming from an engineering background, we have experience with the design and construction of low energy buildings and renewable energy systems. This means we know how buildings work, and how to make them work better. We provide bespoke solutions to reduce our clients' energy and water usage, and lower their carbon emissions. We specialise in Building Performance Evaluation (BPE) for housing, healthcare, offices and cultural buildings. We work with developers, architects, and building owners to identify performance gaps in new and existing buildings. Just because a building is designed to be energy efficient does not mean it is in reality - often issues arise from poor design, construction, commissioning and operation. Our recommendations will optimise energy efficiency, save money and improve building user satisfaction and comfort.
