1) We are an organization that promotes RURAL CENTRIC DEVELOPMENT in a sustainable manner.
2) Our aim is to discourage En Masse Rural migration to urban areas, which is only possible if the rural sector becomes Self –Sufficient.
3) We try to ensure livelihood provision by direct participation of the villagers, help them BUILD CAPACITY & DEVELOP SKILLS, whereby the village becomes a Self –Sustaining model of development ,yet keeping its rural character alive. For example ; one of our test initiatives for social entrepreneurship is to encourage farmers having cattle to make clarified butter (ghee), which we market for them, in order to create a professional source of income. This would give the villagers a regular income alongwith help to our organisation for funding.
4) by providing the villagers with livlihood in their rural habitat, we are not only looking at their economic betterment but also their social transformation by increasing their self-confidence
