The journalistic project's aims are majorly: - To educate on the topic sustainability - To inform the public on current affairs regarding the standard of living and developments within our islands - To encourage the fostering of ideas and debates - To serve as a platform by which such opinion, ideas and debates are stored and shared All this, with the ultimate goal of fostering a change in mentality of the general public and more especially, of our government and our economy's stakeholders - the people with the power to implement positive changes. Currently, steps are being taken in order to register Sustainable Malta with the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations. Sustainable Malta is the off-shoot of a Communications graduate who is currently reading for a degree in law. It led her to winning one of the JCI MALTA #GLOBALGOALS AWARDS 2016 under the impactful reporter category.
