Sustineri believes there is a better way to produce road going fuels that reduce impacts upon the environment & health. We operate at the forefront of the transition towards net zero carbon transport fuels by adopting a circular approach to the production of road going fuels from biogenic waste feedstocks. Our products provide the bridge to a future where transport will be powered by fuels such as electricity and hydrogen whilst also extending the sustainability of the internal combustion engine throughout this transition period. Our fuel functions as a direct petrol replacement and, at project scale, reduces annual carbon emissions by the equivalent of removing over 100,000 new cars from the road. Sustineri holds exclusive territory rights to the intellectual property to convert Grade C waste wood and other biomass based waste (including RDF) into high-grade biofuel of drop-in quality. We are developing the first of a planned series of Europe-wide waste-to-biofuel facilities in the UK, which will convert ~230,000 tonnes of Grade C (low value) waste wood into 67 million litres of high-grade advanced biofuel per annum and deliver this into the UK road fuels market. Each project will deliver 70 new skilled jobs into areas with historical experience in the energy and chemicals sector but which have experienced reductions in opportunity through the loss of traditional regional industrial activity. A further 250 construction jobs will be created during each project build. Projects like ours are challenging to deliver successfully.
