We believe “home” should be owned by its inhabitants, and diverse connection cultivates actualization & empathy. sutl exchanges shares for investment, services and stays. Powered by the blockchain and managed by its members, each shareholder receives one vote and equity proportional to their at-cost contributions. As the cooperative grows, sutl members’ homes & holdings broaden. Rent is replaced by ownership, while freedom is attained through sharing.
