During the year 1970, Al-Suwaidi broadened its scope to encompass the fast growing construction industry in Saudi Arabia. Employing more than 11,000 people at one time, it has been regarded as one of the Fortune 100 companies in Saudi Arabia, enjoying an unparalleled reputation for executing major projects.
