By utilising top-tier equipment from DMG Mori, Mazak, Okuma, Yaskawa, Iscar, Seco, Haimer, Zoller, Markforged, Ulitmaker and Mitutoyo. The use of advanced machinery equipped with automation and additive manufacturing ensures high precision and quality and sets us apart in terms of precision and customization.
Svarvmekano have its own printers in form of Markforged X7 and Ultimaker 5S for inhouse printing. We also adopt additive manufacturing (3D printing) of tooling to further enhance tool customization and efficiency for competitive advantages.
By continuously make significant investments in automation to streamline production and increase competitiveness for unmanned and lights out production. We also use digitalised follow up system for on line communication with the machinery and equipment for surveillance and strategic data collection for analysis to be able to improve further.

Further, Svavrmekano emphasis to make as small as possible impact on the environment. We are working with water based cutting fluids and direct recycling of the same in the machine area.
