‘Dujodwala Group’ were the pioneers in the Pine Chemicals field in India, back in the early 1960’s. Initially operating in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Hoshiapur in Punjab, close to the pine forests that gave birth to the industry, the Group later started pan-India operations and set up its HQ in Mumbai.
The family name ‘Dujodwala’ is synonymous with the Indian Pine Chemicals industry.
SVD Resins & Plastics was incorporated as a private limited company in 1984, and has been in continuous operation since then. On 26th December, 2022, the company changed its name to SVD PineChem to more accurately reflect its core activities.
Aside from our advanced manufacturing facilities, we also source raw materials from other parts of India and from as far afield as Brazil and Indonesia.
