I help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams solve root problems, lead more effectively, and gain Traction® in their businesses through a simple, proven operating system.
Prior to working with EOS, Sven helped 100+ SME’s in Belgium (Flanders region) getting more clear on their strategy and how to execute on it. For this, he partnered with a reputed entrepreneur’s interest group.
Sven began his professional journey in 1997 with Volvo Cars, Toyota and Telenet. With his engineering and business administration background he was pulled into functions where he was accountable for improving product or service delivery, problem solving, organizational design and continuous improvement. He was trained and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Passionate about continuous improvement, he decided to start his own company to help more companies improve. Several service offerings proved successful, other were great learning experiences.
