This is what drove me to start this venture.
While leading our sales efforts during our go-to-market approach, I recognized that our marketing was not reaching the right audience.
We were dealing with "leads" that went nowhereโno decision-makers, just a waste of time.
The sales team was frustrated because their bonuses were at risk.
Marketing was not being taken seriously enough.
Many businesses know ๐ฒ๐

Honestly, who does not want to hit their goals?

I do not believe this has anything to do with a lack of ambition.

โข Each salesperson operates with their own battle plan.
โข Sales blames marketing for not generating enough leads.
โข There is no real tracking of how effective any of the efforts have been.
