SVEVIND Energy Group

The SVEVIND The SVEVIND Energy Group is an European project developer with more than 30 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. The group, founded by Wolfgang Kropp and headquartered in Dresden (Germany), plans, develops, and markets onshore wind power, photovoltaic and hydrogen projects. In northern Sweden, SVEVIND developed Europe’s largest onshore wind farm – the MARKBYGDEN 1101* cluster with a planned capacity of 3,400 megawatts. After the SVEVIND Energy Group had successfully driven and implemented the project over a period of 20 years and after wind turbines with a capacity of over 2,000 megawatts had been installed, a Scandinavian top tier utility took over the project pipeline as well as the local subsidiary in Sweden. The legacy in Sweden continues while SVEVIND is developing visions in other geographies.
