Genuine, open, and good hearted. We have different concepts, but one thing they all share is that everyone is: Geniune, open and good hearted. Every restaurant, cafè and bakery we have strives to serve great food of the best quality. You can enjoy it in pleasant surroundings, whether you want to go for a pizza at Solsiden or a burger in the city center of Trondheim. Svolt AS has operated various concepts over the past years. Today`s portfolio consists of Cafè Grafen, Bror Bar, Selma Pizza & Bar, Flipper Kafè, Cafè Løkka and Snurr Bakeri. We are essentially brand owners where the individual locations are owned by the operator. The Snurr Bakeri concept is growing, and we are continuously working to establish more departments of Snurr. As soon as 2023, at least one new bakery will be opened. We are working on more locations for bakery and are therefore always on the lookout for new managers and exiting premises. All our places work hard to give you the best experience of good food and drinks, nice atmosphere and service. We will not only be a good place for our customers, but also, of course, our employees!
