— (swah-rey) is St. Petersburg’s only Dessert Bar that bakes and serves 50+ of scratch-made desserts designed by women, for women. We focus on the basics of baking great desserts from scratch, knowing that ingredients and LOVE make all the difference!
We pair our desserts with wine, beer, coffee, tea, milk, you name it, we will show you how to pair it

* 1st location bakes our delicious desserts + serves customers Thurs-Sat
* 2nd location is situated in downtown St. Pete, 7 days a week
UPCOMING LOCATIONS
* 3rd location will open Late 2019 on the St. Petersburg College, Gibbs Campus
* 4th location has been identified and is expected to open Spring 2020 in St. Pete
* 5th-10th locations are being sought in the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater/Sarasota areas for 2020-2021 expansion
OUR NAME
— (swah-rey) takes its name as the phonetic spelling of the French word, soirée.
We are trained dessert lovers, who are quirky, but take our desserts seriously, not ourselves
OUR STORY
— In October 2015, Leslie Ann, owner | brand visionary, built and opened the first location with her husband, Gregg, by funding the dream with their savings and credit cards. The 2nd (swah-rey) opened in December 2017 with a dream of many more.

— St. Petersburg is a sweet city of 260k people, 350+ days of sunshine every year and a community that is driven to help small businesses succeed. We are forever in debt to the people of St. Pete, who have loved and cheered for us and our businesses.
