Overview: Swami Compounding is a custom rubber compounder started with an aim to provide quality rubber compounds for various applications such as Tire Retreads, Conveyor belts, Floor Mats, Roofing, Wire & Cable, Hoses, Construction, Automotive etc. Our expert in-house chemist work closely with the customers to formulate specific compound based on customers needs and the intended use. Our in-house testing lab ensures the uniform high quality of the compounds is maintained throughout the manufacturing process. One batch or a truckload, our formulation or yours, Swami compounding can deliver consistent batch to batch quality and on time delivery every time. Current Mixing Capacity: 60 Million lb. Currently we only mix black compounds with average batch size ranging from 425 lb to 470 lb depending on the fill factor & specific gravity of the compounds. Equipments: One 250 Litre Banbary Mixer with Tangential rotor, Drop mill, Strip mill with overhead blender, Batch off, Automated feeding system for polymers, fillers & Oil. We also have a lab mixer to develop a new compound/Run Trials along with a full capacity lab to test the incoming raw materials and finished goods to assure the quality.
