Swarn Sathi™ was started with a vision to serve the bottom of the pyramid from “Uttar” and “Poorv” Bharat with the objective of financial inclusion and democratization of credit and investment products through an asset backed model. Our customer base comprises the underbanked population in tier 3, 4 cities and rural markets where 90% of individuals/MSMEs don't have access to formal credit. As is, they are exposed to exploitation by local money lenders/pawn brokers through informal forms of credit at exorbitant interest rates. Our 24x7 phygital model will ensure anyone in need can have access to credit and other investment products at par with the country's top bank’s customer service and security.
