If you have ever wondered how your parents had the energy to accomplish as many achievements as they did- pay for their siblings wedding, take their parents for pilgrimages, turn their fortunes around with sheer hard work after independence, pat your back for it is the most important question of our generation. More than 50% of Indians suffer from metabolic syndrome- odds are pretty much that you or your loved one has it. People don't have the knowledge to articulate it but it is much like living life as if we were driving with brakes on.
