The Technical Career Track Affinity Group founded in 2021 is focused on supporting women as technical leaders in their career path. The goal is to promote women to excel on the technical leadership path and expand engagement in the SWE technical awards. This Affinity Group will create a sphere of advocacy and influence to promote opportunities to engage more females in the engineering technical leadership pipeline. Our mission is to be a guiding light for technical career path growth, working with SWE committees and other affinity groups.
