Sweat Studio is a modern, boutique yoga brand offering a range of heated and non-heated yoga and Pilates classes that are accessible, affordable and fun for everyone. Our studio is heated to 28-40 degrees Celsius using state-of-the-art technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. With over 40 classes a week, our goal is to sync your body, mind, breath, and heart. We offer Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, 26 plus 2, Yin yoga, pre natal and assisted extended stretching. Other fitness workouts done in a heated room include core workouts, mat Pilates, Tabata and circuit workouts.
