Sweats & Balances ("S&B") was founded in January 2018 with the mission to connect like-minded, career-driven women who are passionate about fitness and who strive to be their most healthy, balanced and successful selves. S&B provides an open and supportive platform that empowers women through group workouts, events, and an online community. We know everything for the modern woman is about balance - work, life, fitness, health – and S&B is here to provide an outlet for women to support one another in all of these facets of life!
