Bringing big class energy, our studio offers small friendly and fun classes offering first class instructors, personalised attention, structured progression and incredible soundtracks. We’ve simplified group training with split routines that target different muscle groups each day for a full-body workout. With a variety of class styles, you can create a program that suits your vibe, there is a class to suit everyone!
