We come from tech, Big Food, Michelin gastronomy and activism. We provide strategic insights, connections and experiences with the purpose of transforming food for the good of future generations.
We say food systems because the effects of food stretch far outside today’s food value chain.
Foodtech is the term we use to describe how tech, data, innovation and new models promise a massive value and power transfer for the planet’s largest sector.
Since we introduced foodtech in the Nordics a little more than a decade ago we’ve seen a huge development, but nothing compared to what’s coming. Our current food system is broken and we help identify the massive opportunities to achieve a sustainable and healthy transformation of the food system.
