I believe that premium chocolates should taste like chocolate; the last sensation you should enjoy when eating a chocolate, is chocolate. Sharing the pleasure of a simple chocolate inspires me to create the best Traditional Chocolates possible. We create Premium Traditional Chocolates, one at a time (no mass-production) made with the finest chocolate and ingredients available; no coating or added oils. Everything that goes into our chocolates is made in our kitchen; all the truffles centers, caramel, butter cream, cookies and marshmallow; we even roast our pecans, almonds, Hazel and other nuts to insure the proper texture. Our chocolates and the ingredients used are all natural. We bring joy to people; creating Premium Traditional Chocolates that are natural, full of flavor, in a manner that cares about the people that work at SweetHartz, the people in our community and the world.
