The Sweety story began in 1978, when we opened a mom-and-pop ice cream parlor in Monterey Park, California. One of our family’s favorite treats was mochi ice cream and we couldn’t find traditional Asian-flavored ice creams in our neighborhood, so we decided to make them ourselves...and the rest is sweet, cool, creamy history. We love what we do, and we’re committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients and crafting the best tasting, most authentic mochi ice cream on the market.
